Leadership Development Conferences seek to develop youth pastors & leaders, equipping them with biblical principles and practical youth ministry training.

So, what's it about?...

The conferences features key note speakers, workshops and other relevant actives for youth ministry. Prominent Speakers are invited to speak on a theme, and interaction takes place with all attending, in a daylong seminar, which includes  lunch together.
