Word of Life is committed to the evangelism and discipleship of youth. In the words of our founder, Jack Wyrtzen, “we believe it is the responsibility of each generation to reach their generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ”. To that end, Word of Life employs many means to achieve that goal.
The three primary means we utilise are:
Local Church Ministry
We seek to assist local churches in ministering to their youth and the youth of their communities. By providing leadership training, discipleship, and a variety of curriculum and material aides, Word of Life helps churches to be more effective in this vital area of ministry.
Evangelism
We seek to reach the youth of Australia with the Gospel of Christ through a variety of public outreach ministries; including school ministry, community outreach, large youth events, and short-term missions.
Speaking/Pulpit Supply
We make all our staff available for speaking and teaching opportunities including church pulpit supply, seminars & conferences, and youth camps.
